About The Role:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
- Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring and analysing client performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on risk management strategies and insurance solutions.
- Preparing accurate reports and documentation
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service.
