About The Role:
- Providing legal advice and guidance on employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on developments in employment legislation and case law.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing employment agreements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to employment disputes.
- Collaborating with senior lawyers on complex employment litigation cases.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing proactive and strategic legal solutions.
- Assisting in conducting workplace investigations and advising on compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Participating in professional development opportunities and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
- With 1-2 years of PQE in Employment/Workplace Relations law.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional development.
