Finance Manager

OUR CLIENT
Our client is a multinational Technology Firm expanding rapidly in the APAC region, centered around Australia and New Zealand. Recently acquired by a major parent company and have plans to expand operations significantly in the next 5 years.
They are amid a period of expansion and growth and are searching for a driven and competent Finance Manager to join their modest team. They aim to continue growing with a domestic and worldwide presence. Our client is committed in nurturing and encouraging employees that allows them to reach their best potential in all facets of life.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of a finance team, you will work in a contemporary office setting. You have a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in finance with the continuous training programs of the company. Candidates with extensive experience in transactional finance would be particularly suitable for this position.

Your new role...
As finance manager, you will assist and support the executive management team in making the best choices for the company by providing financial information and counsel. Your principal duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Management Accounts – Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet on a timely basis
  • Annual Tax Accounts & reviewing Tax Computation/Deductibility
  • Accounts Payables including the Full Cycle of all related Documents
  • Accounts Receivables 
  • Management and oversight of all accounting and treasury functions,
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts,
  • Managing Key Performance Indexes (KPI)
  • Staff Training & Appraisal other than managing the subordinates
  • Interpreting the company's financial results to Management

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal Candidate will have the following:
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Proven experience in the role of Finance Manager
  • Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices.
  • Experience at leading and managing direct reports
  • Strong administration and process improvement skills
  • Ability to analyze data, develop reports and undertake regular reporting, and provide insights and recommendations to management 

Salary Package: $115k + benefits
