About The Role:
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships to gain insights into their insurance needs and offer proactive, personalised advice and solutions.
- Identifying and capitalising on new business prospects by recommending the most suitable options to clients.
- Delivering comprehensive insurance proposals to clients and negotiating terms and premiums on their behalf.
- Managing insurance applications and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
- Overseeing renewals, credit control, and essential reporting for the client portfolio.
- Collaborating with insurance underwriters to secure quotes and negotiate terms to benefit clients.
- Implementing renewal and brokering strategies tailored to the unique requirements of clients as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in insurance broking or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
