About The Role:
- Handling cases related to divorce, child custody, adoption, domestic violence, and other family law matters
- Managing property/financial settlements and family law files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures
- Working closely with clients, providing empathetic and effective legal counsel tailored to their individual needs
- Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, advocating for their rights and best interests
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing cases for trial
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including experts and consultants, to support case strategy and resolution
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed and strategic advice to clients
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all client interactions and legal activities
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years PAE in Family Law
- Hold a valid practising certificate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
