Occupational Therapist - Team Leader

About The Role
  • Manage and oversee a reduced caseload , working primarily with children aged 0–18 with conditions such as sensory processing disorders, ADHD, and ASD.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a dynamic team of junior therapists.
  • Collaborate with private clients and NDIS participants to deliver tailored therapy plans.
  • Balance clinical responsibilities with leadership duties in a flexible work environment.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in both mobile and clinic settings, using state-of-the-art tools and resources.

Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 1 years of experience i n a similar role, including mentoring or team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering professional growth within your team.
