About The Role
- Managing a reduced caseload, working with children aged 0–18 with sensory processing disorders, ADHD, ASD, and other conditions.
- Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans for private clients and NDIS participants.
- Conducting therapy sessions using cutting-edge technology and resources in both clinic and mobile settings.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including OTs, Speech Pathologist assistants, and Physiotherapists.
- Achieving billable hours with travel time included as part of KPIs.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current SPA registration.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for paediatric therapy and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
