About the Role
  • Oversee and mentor a team of psychologists and allied health professionals.
  • Manage a reduced caseload, working with children aged 0–18 with conditions such as sensory processing disorders, ADHD, ASD, and other developmental challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for private clients and NDIS participants.
  • Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure professional development.
  • Balance clinical and leadership responsibilities with a flexible work schedule.
  • Conduct sessions in both clinic and mobile settings, utilizing cutting-edge technology and resources.

Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Psychology.
  • Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and guiding team growth.
