About The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value clients, developing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Leading client meetings, presentations and negotiating terms
- Mentoring and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support professional development.
- Analysing market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Liaising with clients and underwriters regarding new business, quotations, renewals, and endorsements
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
