About The Role:
- Leading and managing complex tax advisory projects for clients, including corporate tax planning, international tax structuring, and tax compliance reviews.
- Providing expert guidance on tax implications for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other business transactions.
- Collaborating with Partners on Tax Law matters
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to develop innovative tax strategies and solutions.
- Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of tax-related documents, such as tax opinions, rulings, and tax returns.
- Representing clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities, ensuring favourable outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-4 years PQE in Tax law
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations is an advantage
