About The Role:
- Collaborating with Partners on a variety of Banking & Finance matters, including complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, real estate finance, and project finance.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic guidance to clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transaction structuring.
- Participating in negotiations and liaising with clients to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members , providing guidance and support as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- With 3-7 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law
- Law Degree
- Strong expertise in complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, and related areas.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering high-quality legal services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Competitive salary package ( $95,000 - $130,000 depending on experience)
