About The Role:
- Renewals and managing a diverse portfolio of brokers.
- Engaging in industry events to foster new business opportunities.
- Tackle complex broker queries to achieve optimal outcomes and maintain high-quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Implement business plans aligned with financial strategies and company goals.
- Uphold underwriting guidelines, ensuring excellence in service delivery and sustainable growth.
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Leverage strong communication skills to gather quality information from stakeholders.
- Foster partnerships with reinsurers to stay abreast of best practices in underwriting.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in underwriting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to underwriting.
- Leadership experience, including team management and development, preferred

- Competitive salary package ($120,000 - $170,000 depending on experience)
